Abubakar is a lawyer with over seventeen years experience. He holds an LL.B Degree from Ahmadu Bello University and LL. M Degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from Kings College London. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director/CEO in Intercontinental Trustees Limited, Abubakar worked in the law firm of Messrs S. Kumo & Co and the Legal Department of Equity Bank of Nigeria Limited now Intercontinental Bank Plc where he rose to become the company secretary/ Legal Adviser between July 1998 – October, 2005. He has attended several courses and seminars in Nigeria and abroad including the 2nd official Nigerian Investment summit at London Hilton, parklane.

Yinka, a Lawyer, holds an LL.B (Hons) Degree, from Obafemi Awolowo University and LL.M Degree from the same University. Prior to his appointment as Head, Trust Services/Legal of Intercontinental Trustees Limited, he has worked as Solicitor/General Counsel in the reputable law firm of Abdulai Taiwo & Co. and Paul Usoro & Co before joining EIB Trustees Limited where he worked in Trust Services Dept of the company for years.
 
Yinka possesses hands-on experience in Trusteeship and has attended courses in relation thereto.

Kehinde,a Chartered Accountant , holds an MBA from the Federal University of Technology, Akure,he started his career with Relious Invesment Limited, Lagos as a Purchasing and Logistics Officer, he was, before joining our team, on different occasions an Accountant, A senior Account Officer and Account Officer with the Lagos Airport Hotels, Kehinde heads our Finance and Administration Department. He is also a Chartered Information System Auditor and has attended several courses both locally and internationally.

Joy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration from University of Lagos. Prior to her redeployment to Intercontinental Trustees Limited, she worked in the investment unit of Intercontinental Asset Management Limited, she currently oversees our Investment and Funds Management Department
